We are committed to ensuring a hassle-free return experience for our customers. 

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If you cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund without any processing fees. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return and Refund: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the product is in its original, unused condition and includes the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return request. Provide valid proof of purchase, receipts, and order numbers for prompt processing. Our team will respond to your request within 3 business days via email to inform you of the status of your return and refund request. If your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  • Kindly inform us before returning any items; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Unless approved by our customer service representative, the address on the package is not a designated return address.
  • We do not provide Freight Collect (FTC) services for returned packages.

Eligible Items for Return or Exchange:

  • Unused Products: Items in their original, unused condition.
  • Defective Items: Products with manufacturing defects or functional issues.
  • Incorrect Items Received: Items received that differ from the ones ordered.
  • Items Damaged During Transit: Products damaged during shipping or delivery.
  • Missing Items: Parcels that are lost or arrive with missing items during transit.

Non-Acceptable Return or Exchange Scenarios:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after receipt of the goods.
  • Inability to provide legitimate proof of purchase or receipts, or falsification or alteration of documents.
  • Quality issues arising from incorrect installation, improper use, or failure to follow instructions.

Please Note: Refunds for returned items will be processed within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the package. Once your refund request is approved, we will promptly initiate the refund process. Funds will be returned to your credit card or original payment method within 7-14 business days.We do not charge consumers any return fees or restocking fees. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns or exchanges initiated due to personal reasons.
